The Vegan Extremist's menu is in constant rotation - at any given time we offer two of our signature dishes on the food truck, among other features and specials.
All Indian dishes are prepared with the traditional tadka method of tempering whole & ground spices.
All curry pastes are made in-house from scratch. Paratha flatbreads are made fresh daily in-house.
The Vegan Extremist is inspired by the fusion of Chef Merkel's passion for veganism and his travels through Asia while living in Singapore as a boy. Chef Merkel & Hibbard come together to form a dynamic culinary team that specialises in South Asian cuisine.
